The main focus of BasinC 1.84 is the new customizable toolbars. With options ranging from the traditional single-row layout to more flexible multi-row toolbars, BasinC now offers a more convenient and adaptable user interface. This version also includes several unnoticed fixes and smooths out a few minor bugs that appeared in 1.83. BasinC 1.84 has been extended to communicate with LLMs running locally on your computer. It also includes an update to the emulation core that fixes a significant bug which had gone unnoticed for nearly 20 years. If you are starting fresh, you can easily perform a clean installation or update using the BasinC setup file. For users who know what they are doing, the portable ZIP option allows you to extract the package to any folder and start using it immediately, or overwrite the files in your existing installation directory. BasinC does not require administrator privileges and can run under a standard local user account. BasinC does not include any AI software internally, and it cannot establish any communication without your knowledge. 10.03.25 update 1.84.164->166: copy-paste bug is ironed out.
